Cleveland Facing Anti-Gun Proposal

Cleveland City Council’s Safety Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing to consider an anti-gun proposal which is part of Mayor Frank Jackson’s plan to strengthen gun laws. The proposal would create a city-wide gun offender registry, limit gun owners from acquiring more than one gun each 90 days, and make it mandatory to report all gun sales or transfers.
